If you do not find the email, check your Spam or Junk mail folder:

If you use Gmail:

1. Open your Gmail and verify in which of the three tabs you received the confirmation email.
2. If the email appears in the MAIN tab you don’t have to do anything else.
3. If the email appears under the PROMOTIONS or SPAM tab, move it to the MAIN tab by clicking and dragging the email.
4. If you are asked if you want to do this automatically for all emails you receive from itbid, select YES.

If you use Outlook:

1. Open your email in Outlook and click on the email you received from itbid.
2. Once the email is opened change the label NEWSLETTERS to IMPORTANT.

If you do not want Google to control your inbox you can do the following:

• Go to the Settings box in the upper right corner and click (nut symbol).
• Uncheck all boxes except the Inbox. This way all emails will go into the same inbox.
