Code of Ethics
In the constantly evolving global environment in which we operate, we have established the core values that must underpin the conduct of the entire company in order to fulfill our ambition to be the first choice of our customers and suppliers.
The itbid code of ethics is addressed to all its employees, who must know and accept its contents and be obliged to comply with it at the time of joining the Company.
Suppliers, subcontractors, customers and third parties that maintain business relationships with Itbid, shall be covered by the principles of this code insofar as they are applicable to them.
- Our Code of Ethics is based on the following values:
- Compliance with the law and, above all, respect for the individual.
- Respect for people, equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
- Collaboration with public authorities.
- Respect for the environment and each of the communities in which we operate.
- Convinced that innovation and free competition are the best bases for economic development.
- The need for mutual respect, dialogue and transparency to be the basis of our relations. Itbid recognizes the freedom of association and the right to strike as universal rights.
- Willingness to serve and not disappoint those who trust in our services, with integrity, independence and impartiality, respecting and properly using Itbid’s assets and interests.
Occupational health and safety in the workplace
itbid is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for all our employees and anyone who works at or visits our facilities.
The application of occupational health and safety standards and policies that ensure:
- A safe and healthy work environment, free of alcohol and drugs, that complies with the requirements in terms of occupational risk prevention, in accordance with international labor standards, the regulations of the country where they carry out their activity and Itbid’s standards.
- Preventive measures to avoid accidents and occupational diseases, with emergency responses during work activities.
- To promote sustainable and effective management systems through the planning of review, analysis, correction and continuous improvement activities, in line with Itbid’s context and strategy.

- Health and safety education and training for employees to ensure their safety and the safety of others in their environment who may be affected during the course of the activity.
Combating bribery, corruption and conflicts of interest
Itbid manifests zero tolerance against corruption, fraud and behaviors contrary to its Code of Ethics, and specifically against those behaviors derived from fraudulent practices derived from gifts, gifts, and invitations to events that do not comply with the provisions of the Prevention Policy against bribery, corruption and conflicts of interest.
- Itbid will refrain from contracting suppliers that are known to have bribed authorities or public officials in order to obtain any benefit, privilege or advantage.
- Itbid will refrain from dealing with suppliers and subcontractors involved, indicted or convicted in and for corruption offenses, including especially extortion and bribery.
- Suppliers and subcontractors may not offer gifts, presents or privileges to Itbid’s employees and officers, and they shall refrain from receiving them.
- Itbid employees and officers may not offer favored treatment to suppliers.
Environment
- Itbid is committed to preserving the environment, complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, demonstrating continuous improvement in its environmental performance and following industry practices to do so.
- Itbid works with its suppliers and partners to have preventive and corrective measures that promote environmental responsibility and sustainability of the ecosystem, relying on effective systems to identify, control and address the environmental impacts of activities.
